For shops and dealers

Remote programming for shops

You have the pass-thru device and the vehicle; we bring the software and do the programming.

From $149 — confirmed against your VIN

How it is done

  • Done over a remote link — the vehicle stays where it is.

  • We read the vehicle remotely and tell you what is wrong.

What's included

  • We bring the software and do the programming; your device stays on the vehicle.

What it doesn't cover

  • Hardware, and any manufacturer access fee for your VIN — those are passed through at cost.

Have this ready

  • An SAE J2534 pass-thru device and a Windows laptop.
  • A stable internet connection at the vehicle.
  • A battery maintainer connected for the whole session.

How long

Booked as a session. You are told the window before it starts.

What it works on

Coverage runs per model year and per part number, not per brand. We confirm on the tool against your VIN before quoting — and we say so plainly when the answer is no.

Questions we get

What do I need on my side?
A J2534 device, a Windows laptop, internet at the vehicle, and a battery maintainer. That is all.
Is there a security-access surcharge?
No. There is no per-vehicle fee on your job.
What if the flash fails?
You do not pay the programming fee, provided the session conditions were met — they are listed on your order.

Shipping, and what happens if it fails

  • Free return shipping, every job

Coming back to you costs you nothing, whatever the outcome.

  • Free prepaid inbound label on jobs $199+

Below that, you post it to us and we cover the return.

  • No clone, no fee

If we cannot clone your module you pay return shipping only, and your original comes back exactly as it arrived.

  • Your original is never modified

We read it. We do not write to it, and it comes home either way.

  • Exact part-number match required

A donor whose part number differs is not "close enough" — cloning onto the wrong one destroys it. We check before anything is touched.

  • You hear from us the day it lands

We confirm what we have, what it needs and when it ships back before we start.

  • Written terms on our work

You see them before you agree. Nothing verbal.

What to put in the box

  1. Anti-static bag first, then a padded box — a bare module in a jiffy bag arrives damaged.
  2. Label each unit ORIGINAL or DONOR, and write the VIN on both.
  3. Include the working key for BMW CAS/FEM and Mercedes EIS jobs — the module cannot be matched without it.
  4. Print your confirmation and put it in the box so we can match it to your job.
  5. Photograph the part number before you seal it. It settles any question later in one message.
