How it is done

If your job needs a module we have to find, we source it within 24 hours. If we cannot find the right one in that time, we email you to say so and refund you in full. You do not have to chase us for it.

  • ⛔ Cutting a blade key — arranged through a local locksmith partner and billed separately.
  • Parts we did not supply, and any fault outside the item we worked on.

Have this ready

  • Photo ID and the registration or title in the same name — required for any key or security work, no exceptions.
  • Every key you already have, working or not.
  • The vehicle where we can reach it, with room to open the doors.
  • A charged battery — we bring a maintainer, but a flat battery has to be dealt with first.

Yes. All-keys-lost is done at the vehicle; it does not need to be moved first.
Why do you need proof of ownership?
Because we are creating access to a vehicle with no existing key. Photo ID and registration in the same name are required, and the job stops if they do not match.
Is this cheaper than the dealer?
Usually, and without the tow the dealer needs before they can start.
