Questions we get

Will an update fix my problem?
Sometimes. We check the manufacturer bulletins for your VIN and tell you honestly whether one addresses your complaint before you pay for it.
Is my tune or calibration kept?
No — a factory flash overwrites it. If the vehicle is tuned, say so before we start.
What if it fails partway?
We work with a power supply connected for exactly that reason, and you do not pay the programming fee for a file that will not load.
