How it is done

If your job needs a module we have to find, we source it within 24 hours. If we cannot find the right one in that time, we email you to say so and refund you in full. You do not have to chase us for it.

What's included

  • Parts we did not supply, and any fault outside the item we worked on.
  • Mechanical repair, wiring repair, or diagnosis of an unrelated problem.

Have this ready

  • Photo ID and the registration or title in the same name — required for any key or security work, no exceptions.
  • Every key you already have, working or not.
  • The vehicle where we can reach it, with room to open the doors.
  • A charged battery — we bring a maintainer, but a flat battery has to be dealt with first.

Questions we get

Why do you need my ID and registration?
Because a key is access to the vehicle. We verify ownership on every key job — it is what a legitimate locksmith does, and we would rather lose the job than skip it.
Is a spare cheaper than waiting until I lose them all?
Considerably. A spare made while you still have a working key is a fraction of an all-keys-lost job, and no tow is involved.
Will it work with my remote functions?
Yes — lock, unlock and trunk are programmed and tested with you before we finish.
